A child who has been diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition |

The diagnosed child must be in treatment for a life-threatening medical condition |

The diagnosed child must be a resident of a local community served by The Let It Be Foundation |

Treating physicians must verify diagnosis in treatment and complete verification form |
Who can refer a child for assistance?
Children may be referred to receive assistance by any of the following sources:

Licensed medical professionals involved in the treatment of the child |
 |
A parent or legal guardian |
 |
A pastor/minister of the child and family |
 |
The principal of the child's school |
How does the approval process work?
The board of directors review all applications monthly. Notifications will be sent to applicants upon physician verification.
